What is Toring Turbine?
Toring Turbine is part of a new generation of so-called “Self Aspirating Aerators”.
Operation of the turbine is based on the principle of "Precession" applied to the rotation of fluids, and it is the result of our exclusive research. Following many years of research on the principle of Precession applied to the rotation of fluids it could be possible to build a “Self Aspirating Aerator” with no moving parts internally, thus obtaining a great advantage in terms of reliability and energy efficiency.
About us:
Toring Turbine LLC was born in 2010 after studies within fluid dynamics in particular on the principle of “Precession” applied to rotating fluids. Thanks to these studies it could be possible to build a turbine with a very high energy efficiency that can transfer up to 7.5 kgO2/kWh. Our turbine has an energy efficiency of up to three times higher than other “Self Aspirating Aerators” available on the market and has the advantage of no moving parts inside.
Now we produce a single model, the TT200, which has the capacity to transfer a volume of air from 5 to 18 liters per second in relation to engine power and the depth of use. We Are developing two new models: the TT420, which will have capacity to transfer an air volume of approximately 150 liters per second, designed for use in aeration basins particularly large and the TT100 which will have a capacity to transfer from 1 to 2 liters per second, designed for use in large aquariums and small sewage treatment plants.
Mission Statement
Our goal, in period of a decade, is the gradual replacement of technologically obsolete aerators ensuring a reduction in energy needed for their operation and thereby reduce emissions of pollutants.
